We have two different ordering methods:

1. In Stock, Ready to Ship - These items are available for immediate shipment in the colors and sizes stated. Use the on-line shopping cart to order.
2. E-mail Ordering - Complete this simple form, and we will contact you for details by email.

   You can also use this method for Custom Garments - One of a kind garments created to your specifications. See examples of previous custom orders. We require a 50% deposit on all custom orders.

Wool & Color Choices

Our garments are constructed of thick durable 85/15 wool/nylon blends (100% wool available) and are sewn with a heavy nylon upholstery thread -- made to last!

Stock colors include the following: Khaki, brown, gray, navy, forest green, maroon and black.

Other colors, in a light weight 100% wool, are available including Cream, Plum, Gold, Rust, Olive, Powder Blue, Turqoise, Periwinkle, Purple at additional cost. Please inquire as to availability.

Most of our garments (particularly coats and jackets) have a primary color for the body and another color for the trim; i.e. yoke, cuffs, etc. Should you desire more than two colors, there is a modest charge.

100% wools are available and colors will vary. Most of these fabrics are a light weight and require dry cleaning. Colors could fade with prolonged exposure to sun - do NOT hang the garment near a sunny window!

Leather

Choice of stock colors include the following: Black - Dark Grey - Brown - Cedar - Gold - Cream - Black - Cherry. You may inquire about other color availability.

Custom orders

We will accept your custom order. We encourage you to create your own special garment by choosing colors, sleeve trims, buttons, pockets, etc. (consult price list for appropriate charges.) See examples of previous custom orders.

We require a 50% deposit on all orders. We must now limit our consideration of custom orders to our styles only. Stock sizes only on Capotes, Talons & Kyries. Please call for information.

Shipping Fees

Continental United States
Shipping costs for shopping cart items is $22.00 per garment. Shipping costs for other custom garments will be figured per garment and shipping destination. We will e-mail you with the total when the shipping costs have been figured.

Other Destinations
Will be determined when the order is ready to be placed. Contact Half Moon if you would like a quote for your destination.

Returns

No refunds on CUSTOM garments made to specifications. There will be a 10% restocking charge for any stock items returned within 30 days. NO refunds or exchanges on stock garments after 30 days.

Absolutely NO returns after 30 days. Problems with orders MUST be addressed within ten business days.

Repairs

We do pride ourselves on quality workmanship. However, should your garment find itself in need of repair we can help you out!

We will repair - free of charge - any defect in workmanship for the life of the garment. This includes normal wear/tear only (we reserve the right to determine normal wear/tear) and does not include replacement of buttons. You, the valued customer, may ship the garment via UPS to our shop address in Delta, CO and include a check for $22 to cover return shipping/handling charges.

Sizing

Most of our designs fit loosely to assure freedom of movement and to allow for ample layering beneath. One size fits most in all coats and jackets. We will custom size if necessary. Capes and Ponchos are one size fits all. Stock sizes only for Capotes, Talons and Kyries (small, regular, large).

We want to stress that MOST STYLES ARE UNISEX AND WORN BY BOTH MEN AND WOMEN.

If you believe that you need custom sizing, use this measument system (click for details):

• A to A: Wrist to wrist. Measure across your back.
• B to B: Shoulder to Shoulder across your back.
• B to A: Shoulder to wrist.
• C to D: Nape of neck to waist. Down the back.
• C: Neck size.
• D: Waist Measurement.
• Bust Measurement.
• Chest Measurement.
• Forearm Measurement.
• E: Hips. Measure largest part.
• Inseam Measurement.
• F: Thigh girth. Measure largest part of thigh.
• Belt to Floor.

You will probably need someone to take a few of them for you. Make sure that you measure the largest (yes folks, the largest!) part of the hips, chest
and waist.
